The team at Hayes Reilly Associates offers a "smaller-by-design" model, which is a logical alternative to the big search firms. This allows us to focus intensely on the needs of a limited number of clients, providing them with:
1. Experts in Consumer Goods: With 26 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry working for Unilever, Borden and filling Director, VP level and above positions for leaders in the CPG world -- we are very well networked to the players in each of the major functional areas.
2. Access to More Candidates: Since clients are off-limits for recruiting purposes, our "smaller-by-design" format permits unrestricted access to many more qualified candidates than our larger competitors. Our clients benefit from a recruiting effort that covers more target companies, yielding the largest pool of high-quality candidates.
3. Final Slate of Candidates: Finalists from a pool of between 80 to 120 people are presented to clients, with a market review, within 30 days of commencing the search.
4. Personalized Service: Because we are a boutique firm we are able to focus intensively on the needs of a select number of clients within the consumer goods industry. As President, I personally lead each search assignment, consulting with clients and guiding negotiations with candidates to a successful conclusion.
